Why use iAuditor?

Many companies are already using iAuditor - but did you know that you can also use it in conjunction with the HASMATE program?

Getting started with iAuditor is easy!

1. Sign up for a SafetyCulture account and set up your organization Set up users, permissions, assign admins for different groups. Note - let us know that you're signing up for a SafetyCulture trial account, and we will send you access to help information to get you started, and add you to our monthly iAuditor mailing list - sending you hints and tips for using the two programs together, links to our latest templates, and much more!

2. Download iAuditor Ensure your team has the iAuditor app installed on their devices. Download from the Microsoft store Get it on Google Play Download from the App Store

3. Build or download your templates Anyone can build form templates with the drag and drop template editor. Note - Hasmate have designed some starter templates that might be useful for your business: Vehicles and Machinery Safety Inspection Chainsaw Audit Break Out Audit Falling Audit Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Audit Ground Base - Machine Operation and more to come!

4. Complete inspection & create report You are ready to start your first inspection, take photographs and complete a report.

How do I use iAuditor and Hasmate together?

1. Undertake audits using iAuditor - using templates created by your business (or Hasmate), or using a template from the Template Library.

2. Export audit report as a PDF.

3. Attach the audit PDF into the Hasmate system against the appropriate asset, employee, contractor, etc that the audit focussed on - for full instructions, please contact Hasmate.

4. Add a "Next Review Date" against the audit, to remind you when the audit needs to be undertaken again.
