- answer an enquiry (through our Contact form on this website);
- supply you with safe operating procedures and other documents (through our SOP Order Form – using Google Forms);
- set up an online program trial (through our trial signup form).
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.

How we use our clients’ business information
The information supplied to Hasmate Ltd is business information only. These records are held in printed copy (if appropriate), and also in a secured office environment in the company computer system. This electronic data is backed up during the day by a 3rd party contracted data security provider.
The company maintains a customer relations program (CRM) to record information about the client and all contacts with the client. The only purpose of holding this client information is to maintain a contact source to the client and a record of any business transactions. This is secured by password.
No personal information of clients’ employees is held by Hasmate Ltd.
How our online Hasmate program works
Access to the online Hasmate program is controlled by the client’s password.
All data entered about the client is the responsibility of the Hasmate client.
Security to the online Hasmate program
The Hasmate program is hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) with the New Zealand hosting company (umbrellar.com) and managed by ABC Software Limited.
Hasmate or any of its employees do not have the right to access any Hasmate clients’ program. The only exception to this is when the client has provided written, spoken, or emailed authority to Hasmate Ltd.
Disclosure of information
Where it is required to disclose or to access any personal information held by Hasmate Ltd, this can only be undertaken with the written permission of the person concerned and a senior manager of the business entity they are employed by.
Access can only be approved by the managing director of Hasmate Ltd.
